Storage Solutions

When designing kitchens for urban homes, maximizing storage space is a challenge that all homeowners struggle to overcome. Thankfully, Purekitchen is here to help. For this Brooklyn Brownstone project, our clients already had a well-developed design concept but needed direction on how to store their wares efficiently. As the photos demonstrate, Mince and Herb Designer Momoyo Kamimura  was able to integrate some very clever solutions to this age-old problem – while also delivering on the clients’ request for a high-end, contemporary design that would act as a canvas for their beloved art collection. Momoyo satisfied their design intentions by specifying a museum-like white wash of gloss laminate surfaces balanced by the warm tones of caramelized bamboo found at the island and in the exposed cores of the laminate doors.
